Women living in cooler, year-round climates claim that they don't mind the warmth offered by summer boots. If things get heated, they point out that this can be remedied by removing their stockings. Even women who live in hot climates complain that they work in frigid office temperatures, which they can remedy somewhat by wearing boots. Many women love to wear socks, just as their men counterparts do, and claim that wearing them with low-cut summer boots keeps their feet comfortable year-round, not just during the winter months. Wearing the socks underneath boots keeps them hidden. Many women prefer wearing summer boots on bare legs for a lighter, breezier look. Paired with shorts (either walking or short-shorts), skirts (flirty or feminine), or dresses (in summery patterns), boots worn barelegged will look hot, sexy, and stylish.
